Riyadh – Mubasher: Maharah Human Resources Company announced its preliminary financial results for the period that ended on 30 June 2026, reporting a net profit of SAR 132.31 million.

This represents a 48.91% increase compared to the SAR 88.85 million in the first half (H1) of 2025.

The company’s revenues hit SAR 1.85 billion, up from SAR 1.47 billion a year earlier. This growth was supported by higher demand across key segments, with business and individual services revenues rising as the average workforce size increased.

Earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.23 in H1-26, compared to SAR 0.16 in the prior-year period.

Gross profit for the six-month period climbed by 47.46% to SAR 204.48 million.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 54.39 million, a 22.56% increase over the SAR 44.38 million in Q2-25.

Quarterly revenue grew to SAR 930.15 million, though net profit declined by 30.20% compared to the previous quarter of 2026.

The auditor’s report included a qualified conclusion regarding the company's SAR 420.96 million investment in Saudi Health Systems.

The auditor noted an inability to access financial information or management from the associate firm to verify the carrying value or the group's share of results for the period.
